The Networks Capacity Building Programme is designed to strengthen advanced networking skills among National Research and Education Network (NREN) technical staff. The programme focuses on next-generation network design, deployment, automation, and optimization to support high-performance research and education connectivity.

Participants will gain hands-on exposure to Software Defined Networking (SDN), IPv6 deployment, network automation, QoS optimization, and advanced routing technologies such as BGP and MPLS. The training also explores emerging trends including AI-driven network optimization, DWDM technologies, and network modelling.

This programme supports NRENs in building resilient, scalable, and future-ready network infrastructures.
