The Cybersecurity Capacity Building Programme is designed to strengthen the ability of NRENs to prevent, detect, and respond to cyber threats in increasingly complex digital environments. The programme combines strategic, technical, and governance perspectives on cybersecurity.

Key topics include AI-driven threat detection, zero-trust architectures, cybersecurity compliance, incident response, digital forensics, SIEM operations, and cloud security. Participants will also explore data protection, privacy, governance frameworks, and emerging areas such as post-quantum cryptography.

This programme supports NRENs in building robust security operations and fostering a culture of cyber resilience.
