As digitalization (and in particular web services) becomes a norm in our R&E ecosystem, numerous compromise points are opened to the attackers. One of these attacks include the Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) where parts (or the whole) of a system are rendered unusable. Adverse effects may lead to a data breach or loss.
