Organizations face a number of challenges such as growth and sustainability. The COVID-19 pandemic has complicated this even more. The community has also faced this challenge resulting in a number of initiatives initially put in place either being abandoned or pushed to future dates with the hope that the situation would improve. In this wake of uncertainty, the NRENs need to think beyond and come up with ways of sustaining themselves to ensure continuity of operation with minimal disruption.
